Force Refund Functionality

If administrator refunds the order from merchant account in gateway, it is possible to just put the order status as refunded in the store with force refund. Force refund functionality doesn’t try refunding the order via payment gateway. It just sets order status as refunded. So, order will be considered refund while generating order reports.
