Dynamic Product Price based on Customers

Sometimes it becomes necessary to offer different prices to customers depending upon levels of customers. Customer level can vary based on amount of orders he/she can buy e.g. Regular Customer, Whole-seller etc. Administrator can assign different prices for different customers. Based on level of customer he/she will be able to buy that product with given price.
