By the end of November, Facebook will allow each and every business to use Custom Audiences to make their advertisements highly customer specific and effective. Custom Audiences was previously available only through Facebook’s API and Power Editor tool.
What do we mean by Custom Audiences?
Every business has a target audience. For example, if a business is selling high-end pens, most probably its target audience is middle-level and top-level corporate executives and businessmen. Generally, when businesses create advertisements, they do not have an option to target only specific group of people. Their advertisements will be seen by all and sundry. With Custom Audiences, that wouldn’t be the case. Whatever advertisement is created by the business, it will be viewed only by the relevant audience.
Any business can create Custom Audiences by just uploading their customer email lists or MailChip list. That’s it. Their Custom Audiences is created.
What are the benefits of having Custom Audiences?

Custom Audiences will be rolled out in phases. The first phase was released on Oct. 23 for a limited number of U.S. advertisers. The global rollout will begin in the week of Oct. 28, and by the end of November, it will be available to everyone.
