Content marketing using your blog, newsletters, brochures, and similar instruments is a trusted and proven way to increase your reach. However, to be able to use these means, you have to have a very clear idea about:
- the kind of audience you have
- their preferences
- their issues with any of your products
- what they expect to see at your online store or physical store
- what they sorely miss at your store
This is by no means a definitive list … it’s only illustrative. What your business needs to address and how your content must reflect your concern are things that every businessperson must determine from own efforts and insight.
However, seeing that adequately viral content was a sorely missed commodity in markets full of common verbiage and insensitive content, I decided that I had to start out on addressing these. That decision led me to another.
